Valuable traditional Maastricht commemorative plates on show in Centre Céramique
These type of plates have been hanging on the walls in many households for decennia. Yet the seemingly ordinary 'teleuren' – as it is called in Mestreechs – are more special than we think. Every paintstroke tells a story and is painted in a traditional Maastricht way.
